Genesis Village of Hope Inc. is a charity established to provide affordable housing to vulnerable young people at risk of homelessness, through the innovative use of a supportive tiny home community. The tiny houses in the community are arranged to convey a village-feel where connectedness is central to healing and personal growth.

 

Our model provides a therapeutic living arrangement for our residents inclusive of parental figures, mentors, and support staff, who participate in, and co-ordinate programs that are optimal for fostering love, belonging and hope.

 

As an organization, we strive to help our residents achieve stability in their lives by providing a safe living environment that promotes healing. We coach and empower each person to acquire skills, develop tools, and access the resources they need to grow and excel. We help them to identify core strengths, gifts, and talents which they can develop on their life-journey and use within our supportive community.
